Tabitha Danielle Benitez is a first generation Dominican & Puerto Rican American from the Bronx. She has worked in event production and entertainment for over 5 years as an emcee and a voice over actress. 

Tabitha spent most of her formative years travelling back and forth between the Bronx and South Florida. Growing up between these two very different communities, she was exposed to an array of vibrant and eclectic cultures and music that helped her gain invaluable appreciation, insight, and knowledge that fuels and informs her creative work. 

Her multifaceted experiences allow her to engage with all kinds of people and build community with and for upcoming artists. So, when she noticed the deep lack of opportunities available to creatives of color, she decided to fill that gap by co-owing The Ripple Effect. The Ripple Effect is an event production company specializing in music festivals for independent artists. The organization seeks to help creatives build community, share opportunities, and gain visibility that can help propel their careers forward. Through The Ripple Effect she has partnered with organizations like The Motivational Edge to create spaces where creatives, in particular the youth can feel empowered to be their true selves, showcase their talents, and feel a sense of belonging.
