Rudy Sablon has over 15 years of successful experience providing, strategic and operations leadership in uniquely challenging situations. Mr. Sablon has excelled in multiple industry backgrounds but found his niche as an educational consultant with extensive operational and programmatic experience. Rudy has spearheaded national programs that have spanned across 25 cities in 8 states, with over 100 employees and helped nearly 10,000 youth attain educational achievement and earning him recognition for his Outstanding Commitment to Greeley Youth Services for Weld County in 2013. In 2016, Mr. Sablon was designated as a Field Instructor for Columbia University’s School of Social Work and recognized with a Community Service Award by Hillsborough County Children Services. Among his other affiliations, Rudy serves as a Grant Panelist for Miami-Dade Department of Cultural Affairs. Due in part to Mr. Sablon’s selfless dedication to his community, in early 2017 he was appointed to sit on a City of Miami Council Board, the Miami Sports & Exhibition Authority.
