Dr. Christopher Noe is the President of the Collective Impact Group and founder of his own consulting practice CNoeLimitsLLC. Dr. Noe works as a capacity-building consultant that strives to inspire clients to greatness and to achieve organizational health within their agencies.

Dr. Noe has worked with nonprofit boards, leaders, and small business entrepreneurs for over two decades and brings years of expertise and knowledge in the fields of social enterprise, grant development, funding strategy, and visioning and strategy development. Dr. Noe was the Managing Director for the Office Depot Foundation serving over 3,000 nonprofit charities worldwide and the former State Executive Director of MADD Georgia. Dr. Noe also served as Director of Social Investment at Nonprofits where he served as a capacity-building trainer to hundreds of nonprofit and social sector leaders.

While there, Dr. Noe also founded the Social Enterprise and Sustainability Institute and the Fund Development Academy at Nonprofits First providing high level training and modules for those social sector leaders seeking to make change happen.

Dr. Noe now consults in all areas of strategy and fund development and organizational health and is working with many amazing clients such as The Motivational Edge to create new systems and platforms to advance its mission of serving more youth in Miami and creating lasting impact in the lives of those served at The Edge.
