Block Party: Celebrating 16 years of opportunity for under-resourced youth in S. Fla.

The Motivational Edge hosted a Block Party-themed evening on Saturday, Feb. 8, from 7-11 p.m., on its campus at 1550 NW 36 St. in Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood to celebrate 16 years of empowering underprivileged youth through the arts, education, community resource support, and mentorship.

Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed a tour of the Edge’s studios, as well as live and deejay music, special performances and shared stories from students and teaching artists, student artworks on display, food trucks, a raffle auction, and more.
