Jessenia Francisco is an accomplished professional offering over 17 years of well-rounded office management expertise, including entrepreneurial and leadership skills within multiple industries. She graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Psychology and minor in Criminal Justice. Jessenia worked as a Registered Behavior Therapist utilizing ABA practices with children with Autism before joining The Motivational Edge. She joined The Edge in September 2019 as the Program Manager.

Jessenia has been volunteering in multiple organizations since high school. She is a Member and Board Member of The Coral Gables Woman’s Club for over 7 years, served as 2nd Vice President, and has held several different Chair positions as well. She is also the active Administrator of the Women’s Chamber of Commerce – Miami Dade.

Jessenia has been involved in the performing arts since she was a child; she was a dancer for over 20 years and performed in several musical theater productions. Jessenia’s experience with the arts and youth will help her establish fruitful relationships with partners and donors by providing innovative solutions and addressing organizational development needs.
