Jessenia Francisco is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of diverse office management experience, including entrepreneurship and leadership skills in various industries. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University, with a minor in Criminal Justice. Before joining The Motivational Edge as the Program Manager in 2019, Jessenia worked as a Registered Behavior Therapist, using ABA techniques to support children with autism. She has taken on HR responsibilities in her role and is now the Chief Relationship Officer, responsible for fostering key partnerships and donor relationships. In addition, as a leader of the Edge Advisory Board, Jessenia guides a group of Edge Visionaries and Ambassadors to advance the organization’s mission.

Throughout her life, Jessenia has been actively involved in giving back to her community. She has been a member and board member of the non-profit Coral Gables Woman’s Club for over ten years, serving as 2nd Vice President and holding various chair positions. Her passion for helping others is reflected in her long history of volunteering.

In addition to her professional achievements, Jessenia has a strong background in the performing arts. She was a dancer for over 20 years and has participated in numerous musical theater productions. Her experience with the arts and youth will be valuable in building productive relationships with the team, partners, and donors. By offering innovative solutions and addressing organizational development needs, Jessenia will help drive the success of The Motivational Edge.
