Haitian American emcee and graffiti artist Serum has been putting in work for Miami hip-hop for almost three decades now. With very distinct styles in both forms of his artistry you know it's Serum right away, whether you're hearing it or seeing it. His artistry is witty, profound, and innovative. Utilizing elements of hip-hop, ancient cultures, history and sociology to get his point across.
His musical accomplishments include being awarded Miami New Times Best Hip Hop Act of 2020, receiving runner up in the MTVu Freshman of the Week contest in 2011 on his independent record label, and competing in the legendary Scribble Jam emcee battle in Cincinnati in 2002 & 2003.
